Dooley’s Cocktails
Dooley’s Original is the perfect base for creamy cocktails. Bartenders from around the world use our cream liqueur to craft dreamy cocktail creations.

Blond Angel

Ingredients:
- 4 cl Dooley’s White Chocolate/White Choc Berry
- 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 250 ml orange soda
Instructions:
Place vanilla ice cream and Dooley’s White Chocolate/White Choc Berry in a chilled highball glass and fill slowly up with orange soda.

Scooby Dooley’s

Ingredients:
- 3 parts Dooley’s Toffee
- 2 parts strawberry juice
- 1 part cream
- 1 bs (bar spoon) mojito syrup
- 1 bs hazelnut syrup
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients well in a cocktail shaker and pour into a martini glass. Optionally garnish with a strawberry.

Choco Toffee Martini

Ingredients:
- 4 cl Dooley’s Toffee
- 2 cl Vodka
- 2 cl chocolate syrup
- 1 cl vanilla syrup
- ice cubes
- chopped dark chocolate
Instructions:
Distribute chocolate syrup in martini glass and pre-chill in refrigerator. Shake all other ingredients well in a shaker and carefully pour into the glass. Then garnish with the finely chopped dark chocolate.

Doo-Berry

Ingredients:
- 6 cl Dooley’s Toffee
- 3 cl strawberry vodka
- garnish: raspberries
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients with ice in a shaker. Pour the contents into a chilled glass. Decorate with raspberries.

Dooley’s Coke Float

Ingredients:
- 6 cl Dooley’s Toffee
- Cola
- ice cubes
Instructions:
Pour Dooley’s into a cocktail glass filled with ice cubes and top with cola.

Dooley’s Nutcracker

Ingredients:
- 1 cl Dooley’s Toffee
- 1 cl Vodka
- 1 cl hazelnut liqueur
- milk
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice in a shaker. Pour the cocktail into a chilled glass.

Dooley’s Toffeetini

Ingredients:
- 2 cl Dooley’s Toffee
- 2 cl Vodka
- 2 cl cacao
- vanilla
- crushed ice
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients with ice in a shaker and then pour the contents into a well chilled cocktail glass.

Dooley’s Salted Caramel Chocolate

Ingredients:
- 2 cl Dooley’s Toffee
- 1 cl Creme De Cocoa
- 2 cl Vodka
- 2 cl full-cream milk
- ice cubes
- garnish: caramell syrup, chocolate crumbles and crushed pretzels
Instructions:
Add ice cubes, Dooley’s, Creme De Cocoa, vodka and milk to a shaker and shake. Pour the contents into a glass and sprinkle with the toppings.

Dooley’s Day Dream

Ingredients:
- 4 cl Dooley’s Toffee
- 10 cl full-cream milk
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Instructions:
Mix Dooley’s and milk in a glass and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Geenas Sweet Tooth

Ingredients:
- 3 cl Dooley’s Toffee
- 3 cl Rum (Light)
- garnish: mint leaf
Instructions:
Shake the rum and Dooley’s with ice in a shaker. Pour the contents into a chilled glass and garnish with a mint leaf.

Lilly Whites

Ingredients:
- 1 cl Dooley’s Toffee
- 1 cl green crème de menthe
- 1 cl vanilla vodka
- 2 cl milk
Instructions:
Layer the drink in a shot glass.

Mark Twain

Ingredients:
- 1-2 cl Dooley’s Toffee
- 1 cl vanilla vodka
- 1 teaspoon of Crème de Bananes
- garnish: mint leaf
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a few mint leaves.

Dooley’s Sydney

Ingredients:
- 2 cl Dooley’s Toffee
- 2 cl maracuja syrup
- 2 cl mango juice
- 0,5 cl lemon juice
- cream cover
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail-shaker. Pour the contents into a chilled glass. Decorate with cream topping.

Screaming

Ingredients:
- 2 cl Dooley’s Toffee
- 2 cl Rum (Light)
- 2 cl Coffee Liqueur
- milk
- garnish: strawberry, mint
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients with ice in a shaker. Strain the contents into a chilled highball glass and top up with cold milk. Decorate with a sprig of mint and a strawberry or other fresh fruit.

White Russian

Ingredients:
- 1,5 cl Dooley’s White Chocolate/White Choc Berry or Dooley’s Toffee
- 1 cl vodka
- 2 cl pastry cream
- 12 cl full-cream milk
- 4 dashes thick caramel syrup
- coffee ice cubes
Instructions:
Pour Dooley’s, vodka, pastry cream and milk into a shaker and shake vigorously. Cover the inside of the glass with caramel syrup and add the ice cubes. Add the Dooley’s milk mixture and garnish with caramel syrup.

Dooley’s Flat White Martini

Ingredients:
For all those coffee lovers.
- 5 cl Dooley’s Toffee
- 2,5 cl vodka
- 2,5 cl espresso
- ice cubes
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients in a shaker and then pour into a martini glass and garnish with coffee beans.

Dooley’s Toffee & Coffee

Ingredients:
- 2 cl Dooley’s Toffee
- 2 cl coffee
- 2 cl milk
- garnish: pastry cream
Instructions:
Fill whipped milk in a glass. Carefully add Dooley’s and coffee. Put whipped cream on top.

Dooley’s Kiss

Ingredients:
- 3 cl Dooley’s Egg Cream Liqueur
- 2 cl Rum (Light)
- 2 cl Strawberry syrup
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients over ice and serve in a goblet. Garnish with a slice of strawberry.
